Dear Members

We would like to keep our membership informed about Church events, business, and emergencies (should they arise).  Therefore, we are asking that you please upddate your mailing address, telephone number, and share with us your e-mail address and cell phone number by completing the online "Church Membership" form. 

Also you may pick up a form on the desk in the "Welcome Center" in the Church vestibule for you to complete and submit directly to the church office.
